KYC Verification

X bat may verify your identity at any time. This process may require a National ID, passport, or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit

X bat supports multiple deposit methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods are not accepted.

Withdraw

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Sending viruses or malicious code to x bat's systems.
• Attempting to open a new account after self-exclusion.
